Chamomile high in K? Gee. I've drunk that several times a week as my "going to bed hot drink" for years and never knew! Obviously it did not have a large effect on my INR or I would have been lead, over these past 10+ years, to realize that.

I drink green tea everyday. A nutritionist I consulted with said it was fine to drink. Now if I ate the actual tea leaves on the other hand, then I'd have to be concerned for my INR se said.

As Always with warfarin. Constancy. If you drink it every day that would be ok.....? I drink green tea myself but every day.

I was told brewed tea was fine, but if the drink has green tea "extract," then that is a no-no. Some flavored water drinks have green tea extract in the ingredient list.
