Rash/spots

This past week several spots have appeared on my genitals, I haven’t had sex in around 2 months and don’t know what this could be and I’m really scared is this hiv

There are lots of different things that could cause this rash , and the least likely is HIV , so stop worrying !

A very common cause of a rash in the genital area is commonly known as " jock itch " , which is a fungal infection similar to athletes foot , and can be treated with an anti fungal cream . You could try this first and if there is no improvement after a couple of days you will need to see a doctor .

I have to add that I am not medically qualified in any way .

Looks like you shave so could it be something like a shaving rash. ???

I agree with the others. It could just be rash from a reused razor by either a fungus or bacteria. I've swum in high school, college, and there after and I can tell you it is easy to get contact rashes. From grooming tools to damp clothing to untreated water sources you can pick up stuff. Don't share grooming supplies and or clothing/towels. You should clean grooming supplies and wash clothing left in damp conditions.

Prevention is good, but to be sure which it is you should see your doctor.
