Is this a seroconversion rash?

All of these elements sprung up one morning with a very brief fever and preceded by a couple of weeks of a cold-maybe flu, ut nothing grave.

The contrast of the shoulder picture was enhanced to show the faintness of the non itchy rash, that lasted a couple of days

The bumps on the back of my hand were burning.

Lastly the bump was found near the armpit.

The only way to know for sure is to go for an HIV test .

There are lots of possible different causes for a rash , and just about all infections cause flu like symptoms .

Speaking personally , I had no obvious symptoms when I became infected , and therefore have no idea when I actually aquired the infection
