Where are you based? I would say the best thing when you're feeling low is meeting other people who experience similar feelings. There are a range of services you can access across the country, it's just finding one that works for you

Yea when I was first diagnosed I would have loved some support group to chat to esp if just online, something like this would have been helpful, although it's not that busy, know of any other forums?? It's just nice to chat freely, cheers josh (and looking good!)

Cheers! THT have MyHIV which has an online forum, I'm not sure how busy it is though - they have people that volunteer to help people on there as well. It might be worth a google
