Caracole and other medical case management providers all across the country need your help!

The Health Resources Service Administration has recently released guidance for comments regarding the rules and regulations for the 340B Pharmacy Program. The proposed new rules may eliminate medical case management providers from the program. Caracole, and other AIDS service organizations have used the savings from our 340B programs to:

•Hire additional medical case managers

•Expand access to primary care

•Meet the practical needs of clients

Without this resource, we will be forced to reduce our services.
