Hello Paul I have been positive for 5 years and on meds am undetectable and cd4 over700 I live in eastsussex in Eastbourne

Im undetectable my cd4 count is just over 400 i went without meds for about 18 years after initially been told i started meds about 14 years ago through an accident at work .i broke my ribs in three places so i couldnt sleep and wasnt eating so lost a bit weight (about 3 stone)so i was nagged to go to doctor who said it was nothing to do with my hiv but i went and got my bloods done and discovered my cd4 count was just over 100 very low.so started meds.i've always said that accident at work was meant to happen or i might not be here
