Living with any long-term health condition is hard and this website is great for supporting others in similar circumstances.

I have volunteered with a sexual health charity for 10 years and have learnt so much through helping others.

HIV awareness is about educating those who only know HIV myths and not facts.

I've struggled with my own personal challenges around HIV, mental health and negative stigma.

Am doing good just been working two jobs and doing crafts to sell on the side to keep my mind off of things and i hope that this year will be a better year for me
