Hep c above knee amputee p e in lung and circulation problems leading to depression

Recently I was not put in the support group at the medical for Esa ,this has left me devastated,treatment for hep c starts in January but seemingly is the hardest strain to treat,can anybody please help with advice,should I go tribunal?any advice would be appreciated,thanks

get in touch with welfare rights - they mainly concentrate on appeals. my understanding is more than 50% of appeals are successful with regard to these 'medical' assessments
