My husband ferritin level is 162 cholestrol is 4.6 the liver consultant is going to let him know about his RNA level .we havnt been told weather these levels are high or low the scan is in june and main appt in aug 2018 so in total 5 months to get any treatment. The consultant said waiting will not make a difference to anything but i dont believe her

I don’t know what those results mean but Your husband’s viral count results must be ok - within safe limits - 5 months isn’t long. I waited about 7 years for treatment. So long as he’s being monitored it’s ok.

Suggest you Speak to a professional (GP or pharmacist or specialist nurse ) to get results explained.
