Felt sick this morning, it's eased off a bit bought ginger capsules. Ate banana and took them. Treat myself to a coat of eBay for 8 quid, it's missing the belt but il sort that! I find when the sickness comes I just lie down still and I get relief. Wishing you all the mindset of "this isn't forever" we will look back on it all.
