Hi people day 12 of maviret: Not feeling... - Hepatitis C Trust
Hi people day 12 of maviret
🤭I shouldn’t have got the large fish and chips fot t glad your ok,keep plodding along, what’s happened to tootsie?
Pure coincidence I was driving past the chippy at t time and thought I’m really starving,so it was going to be a spaghetti carbonara ready meal,or omelette, should of had the omelette.....🤢🤭hope your warm x
Omelette always a good choice you can stick anything in with it. They are great when I'm skint and healthy too. Take a laxative 😂😂
I have been trying to eat healthy I have a smoothie for breakfast raw carrot, celery, actimel, juice, spinach 😋I haven’t tried these essential oil things you ladies rave about yet but ille try anything once, that’s always been my problem.🤓
You still need good fat in your diet! You'll collapse if not😂good on you for healthy eating. You can order lavender essential oil on Amazon and sprinkle it on your pillows it's great for relaxing and quite cheap. Just make sure it's therapeutic grade! I love it. The ancients used these oils, many health benefits and lots to choose from, they smell lovely and they work!
What’s happened to navigates through life quietly?she was here before with sweet potato 🍠 and 🥗?
Well done you, really pleased as you are inspiring others as well it's a win win for all. X
You too! Have a good kip after that fish supper! Goodnight 😊
Glad you finally feeling a bit better today!! Onwards and upwards 👍🍀🍀🍀
Hi all I'm Jonathan and I'm new to this only just been diagnosed with hep c and I'm still waiting to be transferd to the liver clinic in oxford and I'm a bit scared it's all new to me.
Hi and welcome, try and don't get too scared, I have had this for 20 years and just started treatment. I was lucky that mine didn't progress too far in those 20 years, it can take a very long time for this disease to get worse. There are great new treatments available now, much better than years ago. Once you are seen at the clinic they will explain everything in detail to you. Just try and eat well and avoid alcohol and definitely come on here if you need to talk ☺️ It is scary being newly diagnosed, but you will adjust to the news the more info you will find out and you can live with it just fine. Don't Google too much though, it's a mistake I made, not everything online is a 100% correct. All the best 😎
Try not worry! I've had it for 18/19 years. I started treatment 2 weeks ago. Keep yourself healthy in meantime it won't be to long hopefully. Oh and welcome.
Thanks all it's just bin bugging me because iv got no I dear how I cought it or if I've gave it to any one els it's bin hard with my girlfriend I'm scared if I have gave her it also thanks for the reply
It's very very rare to give it to your family or anyone else, just by everyday contact. It is spread pretty much by blood. So if you had an open wound somewhere and someone else does and your blood would have to get into their wound first. They do say not to share razors toothbrushes, or nail clippers for example. If she sees her gp and explains that you just have been diagnosed I'm sure they will send her for a test. I was married for ten years and my husband never caught it off me. And my other half of five years, doesn't have it either. I know because I always drag everyone that lives with me to the GP for a test 😅. You just have to be a bit more careful if you bleed or cut yourself etc. All the best
