Hi everyone. I hope you are well. I pick up my 3 tablets a day daily with ensure (maybe it's in case I sell them lol😂they are expensive) I will keep you all posted as it's the least I can do and have found this site friendly, supportive and educational. Herbal tea and resting and hoping for good outcome. I wish you all love and good things😊xxx
