Day 4 treatment 🙃

Now it’s either because Xmas is near or it’s the meds but if I slept I must have blinked and missed it

As a consequence I feel dreadful 😳

I had some fruit last night, mango and cranberry smoothie and ate an apple which seemed to ease the itching

Warm bath with that Olverum bath oil also helped

add on, had some warm tea and a bath, took my meds with some toast. Starting to feel better for them ... not a clue as to why

It’s a bath oil that Gwyneth Paltrow allegedly slathers herself in ... raid the bathrooms of posh hotels for the minis or check out eBay, it’s lush
