Day 3 treatment

I’m a bit itchy and I didn’t sleep much

Other than that, and some nausea / acid reflux after morning dose, I’m fine 🙂

I’m getting out for a good walk in morning after meds and I found that really helps with the nausea and keeps my head clear

Taking a rest after lunch also

Another walk before evening meds

I might try a bath with some lavender tonight to help me sleep better

I mix my lavender oil with a bit of milk in a cup that way it's dispersed more evenly when I pour it into bath. I use ground ginger in a wee cup of hotwater and down it like I would a shot! I'm gony take tons of vit c with treatment. I hate it when I'm woken up cuz of the itchy witchys lol.

Apart from a rogue toe I’ve never been itchy ... does vitamin c help ?

I use vit c in large doses cuz it's water soluble so it can't build up in your system to cause problems. Think the worst side effect would be diaorrea n I havnt had that ever. I'm sure it helps my immune system. I havnt had any other colds or infections (apart from hep)for a good while however I do get sore all over my body and fatigue with this virus. I take vitamin b complex and vit c cuz your body excretes excess that it doesn't need. I guess it's an experiment that won't cause damage cuz I know with other vitamins that are fat soluble you have to be careful taking large amounts as your body stores fat. I've ran out of b complex just now but I have brewers yeast tablets that are good too and they are reasonably priced. I like them n great for stress.

I’m going to try the lander oil in milk; my husband drinks milk so I think we do have some in the fridge

So your taking vitamin supplements? I never know what’s safe to do

I’ve not had any symptoms from the hepatitis really, I got a ninja juicer last Xmas and make smoothies from fruit and veg (yellow stickers in Asda are great for this)

Yeah I was taught that getting your vitamins from fruit n vegetables is the best way to get your vitamins because your body finds it best way to absorb them. I've always been into supplements cuz I used to drink heavily and they did help me. It's brilliant you havnt had any symptoms. I didn't used to and sometimes I wonder if it's all in my head. The consultant said my liver was smooth 2 years ago when my kpa level was 7 but now the level has went up to 9 and I didn't get the ultrasound this time so maybe it's slightly scarred.i read that drinking lots of water is good for us during treatment. I think I will buy a juicer cuz I love carrot juice. I went an orange tinge years back with carrots😂. I bought oil of oregano and add a couple of drops on my pizza. I hope I loose weight during treatment.

Carrot juice is king ... it really does settle your digestion down ... I went light headed after my burned wrist was dressed so am under duvet on sofa and feel better for the lie down 🤗
