Hi all,Looking to see if anyone else is facing something similar and if they've managed to overcome it.
I have ventricular bigeminy and seems to be induced by exercise (even light yoga). The PVCs come hours after I exercise (nothing during the exercise) and will last for days. I only developed the PVCs last year and prior to that I was extremely active for years, training muay thai every day. But now since exercise seems to trigger PVCs it seems logical that I stop. But how can I keep maintaining a healthy and strong body without exercise?!?! 😭😭
Anyone managed to overcome exercise induced PVCs, or found a way to condition their heart back to normal? Exercise was my therapy and its killing me not doing anything (and feels like its literally killing me when I do)

Hello,
You may like to read our booklet 'Arrhythmias Understanding Your Condition' which contains a section on PVCs (or Ectopic Beats): api.heartrhythmalliance.org...
As this is affecting your day-to-day life and the usual routines that you were previously used to, it may be an idea to have a chat with your GP to see if they can offer any advice and guidance on how to continue exercising safely and comfortably, as you say exercise is an important factor in keeping fit and healthy!
