Long spell of nonstop lightheadedness for days

Looking to see if anyone else has had the same... I have ventricular bigeminy and a week ago I started getting some palpitations but nothing that was particularly new to me. But now for the last few days I've had nonstop lightheadedness, nausea, spotted vision at times, but no other significant symptoms of my arrhythmia that I'd normally have. Normal BP, HR, and nothing else out of the ordinary but I constantly feel like I'm drugged. Also haven't taken any medication this whole time too.

If anyone else has experienced a similarly long spell of lightheadedness lasting days, would love to hear what you did to manage it/treat it or if you ended up detecting something completely new out of it.

🙏🙏🙏

I'm a long term sufferer of arrythmias various and had a spell lasting maybe a fortnight a few months ago of light-headedness. On occasion it would worsen to dizziness, and a couple of times I was woken through the night by awful nausea and extreme dizziness, which was reminiscent of the times I drank too much as a teenager! I'm not suggesting you should be as blasé as I was (and tend to be), but having experienced similar in the past I just waited it out and it worked it's way out of my system.
