Do you live in the UK?

We would like to invite you to participate in a research study: AFFIRMO (Atrial Fibrillation Integrated Approach in Frail, Multimorbid, and Polymedicated Older People) Study.

The study is aimed at gaining a better understanding about the experience of living with (patients and caregivers) and of managing (healthcare professionals) multiple chronic conditions of which AF is the most common heart rhythm disorder.

If you would like to participate and offer your support, you can do so anonymously, all you need to do is complete an online survey (5-10 minutes). Please see the link to access the survey below:

As always, we are very appreciative of your time and support in your participation.

We would like to say a heart felt thank you to everyone that applied and participated in the study.

We are very grateful for your time and patience to take part in the AFFIRMO WP4 Survey on behalf of the Liverpool Centre for Cardiovascular Science (University of Liverpool, UK)

This study is now closed.

We will shortly be sharing details of a further study on behalf of The University of Manchester.

Once again, your support is much appreciated by the Patient Services Team at Arrhythmia Alliance.
