I have been on Flecainide 125mg bd (100 plus half of 25mg) and Bisoprolol 1.25mg for a few years, with only occasional breakthrough ectopics, and no side effects. If I try to reduce the Flecainide, the arrhythmia returns within a few days. Stopping caffeine and alcohol completely helps.

HI. I have been on 100mg twice a day for many many (15-20 ?) years. I have not suffered any problems/side effects but do still have odd runs (I have tachycardia).

I also take Apixiban and Atorvastatin for prophylactic reasons.

I am not too concerned and just keep taking the (ever growing of number) pills.
