I have just moved to London & have ongoing heart arrhythmias that I’d like medical advice on. I wondered I’d anyone could kindly give me advice on the best NHS centre to be referred to in London? I was diagnosed with paroxysmal long RP atrial tachycardia in 2019 and I’m now 53 years old. I am currently on no medication but my arrythmia is occasionally obtrusive. Thanks so much for your help: it’s very much appreciated.

I would imagine many of the top London hospitals have a good cardiac arrhythmia service. Indeed living there would be an excellent place to receive such care, probably over and above many parts of the uk.
I recall a London cardiologist saying at a seminar one year that you cant cross the road without falling over a cardiologist there are so many of them. Oh for that being the case elsewhere.
I am with Guys and St Thomas and have found them to be excellent. Barts have a very good reputation as does Royal Brompton, Imperial College too but i dont know anyone there in particular. Plenty for you to choose from. There is a list of arrhythmia specialists i think on the AFA web site. Best wishes.
