I’m 18 and and I’m taking Nadolol(Beta Blocker) for my tachycardia, it really helps in keeping my heart rate in normal range, if I don’t take it than my heart rate goes up 150 the whole day. I had a question about will this Med affect my body in anyway long term, will it cause harmful effect if I keep taking it for years.

I believe that's a good question for your cardiologist.
I've been taking Nadolol for almost 22 years now for SVT. I has not killed me yet...lol. I started out taking 20 mgs. every evening. I now take 60 mgs. every evening before bed and 80 mgs. if my heart if acting up.
