Diagnosed with SVT but new heart palpitations all night long

Hi - been diagnosed with SVT for 8 weeks or so and had four episodes of 200bpm that I self terminated after 30 mins. Last night I got palpitations that felt like they were the start of another episode but stayed as chest palpitations all night stopping me sleeping & leaving me feeling a bit light-headed. Sometimes I feel these on the left and sometimes on the right of my chest. Same with my SVT episodes that seem to begin on one side or another. Anyone any experience of these long running intrusive palpitations alongside SVT episodes?

I don't get any palpatation but I get discomfort in my chest right side some times in the left side
