Pain in my chest worsens hours after orgasm. 61 year old male. Told my heart is ok. Feel warm tightness in chest and fingers of left hand. Blood pressure is high 158 over 90. I take 10 mg of Lisinapril and 5 mg of amlodipine each morning.
