My heartrate today is 33 bpm what should I do?

That sounds very low. I would call and get medical advice. What medication are you taking?

Okay Jordynfrye29, please do as I say - go to see your doctor at once. 33bpm is low enough to need rectifying. Your doctor will arrange for you to have your heart rate fixed. I expect you'll be fitted with a pacemaker, which is very straightforward. Do it now. Get it done, and then forget about it all and get on with your life :)
