I have cardiac arrhythmias I have been told that anything with coconut it to avoid, I eat coconut quite regularly [in curries etc] is this true

Coconut is high in saturated fat which is not recommended for heart health.

In moderation,coconut oil is classed as a healthy fat ditto good olive oil.

I use both and yes I suffer from Arrhythmias but have never tied it up to coconut oil or ever heard of that before,despite my many health emails.
