Hi helena.. We have the same situation the fluttering heart seems like someone is knocking inside yr chest.. You just need to watch on yr food and the way u r eating, do some breathing exercise, i always walking up 2km.. It really help me to become much better..

But go and check if u need to restore yr electrolyte.. C the doctor is the best I think

If u really take care of yr meal it will slowly reducing and dissappear until u break the diet..

Take care of yr digestive system

No sugar, avoid dairy, gluten, caffein, wheat, corn and starchy food. No process food nor nut.. Take more vege and fruit (but not pineapple or any sour fruit).

Electrolyte balance is important for you to recheck.. Do some blood test..

After my first ablation I had skipped beats which got worse at around 4 months afterwards and then stopped around 6 months post ablation. My 2nd ablation I had a crazy amount of missed beats for around the 1st 4 weeks and the have had hardly any since (I’m now 12 weeks post ablation) my cardiologist has never been concerned with these as the heart takes time to heal. He also said this was something that you feel more because you are now aware of your heart and what it is doing. I wouldn’t worry, but obvs go see som one if you’re concerned.
