So I am also diagnosed with arrhythmia and I was surprised that there aren't a whole a lot about how to reduce/treat them naturally? I mean if they start sort of randomly (ok with some triggers), can they also go away or decrease ever? For instance walking seems to relax me. Any other experiences?
I know there are different types, mine is not AFib but PACs, PVS and soccasional short SVTs.
Thanks!

You sounds just like me. I posted above just a short time ago and then looked down and saw yours. Yes it seems nothing helps that I have tried when having these. I have done so much research.
Hi, I hope more people will reply. Maybe losing weight and regular exercise will do. For instance the other day I noticed relatively bigger meals really trigger it, so I ate much less at night and today (and loose weight a bit that way too). Good luck. The forum is good to share our common problem.
If you search for my posts or do some research about nascent iodine you might find something useful.
I went from 30,000 to 40,000 ectopics a day to less than 400 within a week of starting to take four drops of nascent iodone a day. After a month of this my heart was able to begin heal and I went from having heart failure at level four to HF at level two.
It may not be for you - but it is worth looking into I think.
Interesting thank you. How did you cope when your ectopic were so many? I find it difficult to go about my day when these are so bad ( today is a bad day )
It's not much fun is it? I used to get jolted awake a few times a night when my ticker missed a few and then gave me a "big one". Medication reduced my ectopics to about 20,000 a day but it was still ruling and ruining my life. I was offered an ablation but couldn't go ahead with it because of other health issues. This was what made me start to look for alternative treatments.
I read about iodine when someone posted about it on here and found some info on it here:-
