the pains last about a second or two and don't cause breathlessness or similar symptoms ,there becoming more frequent now ,just wandering if anyone else suffers the same symptoms

Hi,
I would get it checked out with your GP. Some people can have problems after having them fitted. I'm not suggesting there is a problem but it would be best to get it checked.

Hi, As I have only recently joined I have just come across your post.
If you ever get read this then I am interested if you ever received an answer to your question.
My operation was in March 2016 and my scar still itches on occasions. I don't know if this is a permanent condition or something I need to ask about.
Hoping you could enlighten me.
