Should I still have chest pains due to rapid heart beat even though I am taking propranolol 3x40mg a day?

I am a 42 year old insulin dependant diabetic with chronic rhuematoid arthritis (early stages) on a variety of meds

Insulin 4x daily

Ramipril 5mg

Sitagliptin

Metformin

Methotrexate
