dizzy

Hi I am five weeks post OHS new valve and root , other then the chest pain, I also suffer regularly ( but not everyday) from dizziness or generally not feeling safe when standing, has anyone else experienced this? I asked my Cardio nurse if related to tablets but she advised no, I should mention my EF is 25/30 before the Op it was 55
