Hi I'm new to this group.

Pacemaker last year. Mechanical valve in March. Caught Covid in May 🥺 Then started to become breathless and odd symptoms like my head feeling heavy and going forward, just like a cartoon image of an old man with a stick❗I have been told today by my cardiology I'm in heat failure and the neurologist agrees. The symptoms are very strange with trouble swallowing and chewing because my mouth feels numb and heavy. My medication will change coming off Ramipril and starting on 3 new medication on top of my others. That's 11 tablets, I will rattle. My Pacemaker needs a third wire fitting. This will be my 3rd op on my Pacemaker. I'll try and keep my chin up😀Maybe I could purchase a neck support? Thanks in advance for reading this.
