In 2020, Heart Valve Voice launched our Interactive Symptom Tracker web app.

The web app gives patients an interactive journal on which they can log their symptoms and monitor them over time. This helpful tool empowers patients with a log of the changes in their symptoms and enables them to show their clinician how they are progressing.

The web app was developed by patients and clinicians to support heart valve disease patients through their pathway. By empowering patients with an interactive log of their symptoms, patients can feel more confident in their health and in more control of their treatment pathway.

This user-friendly app has been developed and tested by patients. Simply create a login and start tracking your symptoms.

Heart Valve Voice Chairman and Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgery, Mr Chris Young, said, “this is a brilliant resource and a great day for Heart Valve Voice, as we continue to deliver the resources that improve the treatment of heart valve disease patients. This web app is more important than ever, with many patients facing disruptions and delays to treatment due to Covid. This interactive journal will help patients to monitor their symptoms closely and report any deteriorations immediately. It will support clinicians and give them a report on how the patient feels their symptoms are changing.”

We encourage all patients to create a login and start using the app, and email feedback to info@heartvalvevoice.com
