Are these symptoms unusual?

Hi Everyone

I have just had impacted wax taken out of my right year after 6 days of misery and deafness. The extraction was successful and the audiologist said that there was no damage. Since then though, I still have pain, a dull ache and some intermittent stabbing pain, fullness and autophony?

It sounds like the blockage had attached itself to your eardrum. When it was removed it took some skin off of your sensitive tissue inside. It may take a while to heal. You may even want to get it examined, for infection if your symptoms get worse.
