Im in my mid 50's have probably gone through menopause by now, but GP insists i still use HRT, i have used tablets single dose , patchs now use a gel on my thighs daily, i honestly do not think this is a hot flush. If i get hot from normal everyday activities including exercise it is guaranteed my head, face will drip in sweat for anything from half bour too a few hours . On holiday a few years ago, i took to having takeaway because trying to get make up on or using any hair gadget would start me sweating that nothing would stop it , it was embarrassing sitting in a restaurant constantly wiping my forehead / face.

Any idea i can confront my GP with as im done with never enjoying time out of my home.

many thanks

Carol
