How to lose weight after delivery

Hey,

I gave birth to an adorable baby last month. During this pregnancy period, my belly got really huge, and nowadays, I have zero strength in my core. I feel trouble getting out of my bed and even lifting my baby.

I was in great shape before my pregnancy, but I think I never had a very strong core. So I want to make sure I'm working these muscles efficiently and correctly.

I don't have any other physical issues like back pain, incontinence, pelvic pain. The only thing I felt was this weak core. So I'm thinking about considering postnatal physiotherapy(physioactive.ca/our-service... to help build up strength again. I worry about doing something I found on the internet at home because I'm not sure if I'm doing them right or making things worse. So I'm interested in getting a referral to a therapist in Toronto. It would be a great help to me.

I hope someone here could help me out.

Thanks!
