Post Code is not available in our records?

I was given an obscure telephone connection to "get hold" of at 17.29🙄 on Friday afternoon, on my call and text mobile phone, [not Smartphone] I put in relevant "connection" numbers via my laptop, various numbers later, I believe trying to get hold of my NHS medical records, eventually 'they' asked for my Post Code, which I gave them , but [surprise! surprise!] they did not recognise my postcode, due to I live in Northern Ireland🍀, although being part of United Kingdom, this enquiry which MIGHT have been very important, is now lost in NHS wilderness! It might have been about my Schwannomatosis or NF3 myself being the only person with this medical condition in UK? Is anybody out there?😵🤫

"you have an underlying health condition . To book an appointment follow the link below" that was my first message, who do they think I am some technological wizard? Then they give me that utter💩above? I am terminally ill is that some way for NHS to push me over the edge?😵🥺💀🥶
