I have a broken skull, irreparable brain damage, if I have another seizure, probably my last. The tooth has been hurting for a month, probably rotten from the inside. I am a retired pensioner, so guess I would not afford it, I had a filling on a tooth about a month on lower right, £130, just about afforded that! I have High Pain Threshold so not really aware of how bad this tooth is, I cannot see it, there is a small mark I can feel, if I leave it any longer I might have to go to hospital, I am allergic to morphine!

Probably your best option is to ask around your area as prices can vary.
I have my own private dentist, no NHS anymore. Good idea piglette, I could ask around, if my dentist gets nasty I'll just say I pulled it out myself with a set of pliers🤬🥴🤭
