The leaves are falling like confetti

Hi everyone, this afternoon I had a really nice walk in the forest as the trees here are spectacular and the wind was gently blowing the leaves off the trees which were fluttering to the ground in the low afternoon sun . It also shows the lovely russet carpet still falling on the path which's wonderful to witness as soon this will all be over and the trees will be bare and hunkered down for winter so now is the time to make the effort to enjoy it while it lasts.

This is opposite where I live and if these trees weren't t here you could see my home...😁 🍂

Thank you Zest scenes like this are so fleeting as the light has to be right to enhance the leaves and then the wind picks up and whoosh the trees are bare. 🍂😊
