Feeling Better!

Thank goodness whatever was that hip issue went away after 2 days. I guess I am still a little achy, but I am 51, lol. Yesterday, was a work day. I always try to do at least a mile or 2 before I even get to work, but yesterday I decided to play it safe and rest before work. My hip and thigh compression brace arrived but I didn't need it. I left it in the car just in case. I hope everyone has a blessed Sunday. It is rainy and dreary here today. The moon was marvelous last night, but I couldn't get a pic of it. I hope it will be marvelous again tonight.

Hi Melissa,

Lovely reflections on the water. Great step-count. Really glad you're feeling better. Enjoy the rest of Sunday.
