Tuesday and A Hip Injury

Tuesday is the day we walk dogs at a dog rescue. Plus, I am training my crazy German Shephard mix to walk on a leash, and somewhere in all that I hurt my hip. I think it will be fine, but it is pretty sore today. That is my crazy dog all dressed up for Halloween.

I am in quite a bit of pain today, but I hope with lots of rest it will be better tomorrow. Thank you.

Hope your injury improves and is something temporary. It is too cold to walk today anyway. Maybe later this afternoon.

Thank you! It is much better today, thank goodness bc I had to go grocery shopping. Still a little pain, but I bought a hip and thigh compression wrap that just came in the mail, so I am hoping it will continue to improve without issue.
