The weather is still so awesome here in Florida. I had never visited Payne's Prairie before. It is about an hour from my house, but so worth the trip. You can't see them in the images but there were wild horses and bison out by the water. We could only stay for a bit, as I had prep to do for Thanksgiving tomorrow. I will definitely go back and try to get closer to wildlife. I have walked the last two days too, I just forgot to share my info. I hope everyone has an amazing Thanksgiving! If you are not in the states, may your day be full of blessings too.

Hi Melissa so good to read your post, only visited Miami once, we went to the Everglades but would have loved to have seen Paynes Prarie.I am in Essex UK but do get out on some lovely walks and cycle rides, we are on the Blackwater Estuary.
Hi, Bee! Paynes Prairie is about six hours north of Miami. I hope the weather is as nice there as it is here right now,
