Does anyone night walk? Or only day walkers?

To be honest I get nervous...

Where I live you couldn’t really walk at night but I used to live in a village with proper footpaths and I sometimes used to go late evening on my own and really enjoy it but it’s no good if you can’t relax and you keep looking behind you lol.

When you say night do you mean in the middle of the night ?
