Rainy old day

It’s a cold rainy day today but I had a lovely time with Teddi. I have never see water running through this stream which just goes to show how much rain we’ve had. (Although nothing compared to other parts of the country).

Poor Teddi keeps finding herself in the dog house as she keeps eating her owners carpet! She’s eaten the same piece of carpet about 5 times. She’s about 18 months now but I think she wants to be in on the action all the time and when she’s not she chews the carpet up 🙊

She’s a one!

Hi Ali

It's been the same here, it's 4 degrees and we've had a fair bit of rain but it's now breaking away. I'm having a rest day today but should be out and about again tomorrow as forecast is much better.

You are right some of us haven't had the amount of rain that places like Doncaster have had, I really do feel for them.

Ah Teddi really is a one, my friend's dog chewed up her kitchen floor when she was decorating, I don't know whey they do it, maybe they are bored and as you say want to be part of the action. Dogs can be such characters. I remember my mum and dad's Border Collie years ago when it tried to round up the sheep on Dartmoor (I was a child at the time); the farmer got his gun out and started shooting, fortunately we managed to get hold of our dog and control it, let's just say we never had her off the lead again on moorland. ;)

Omg what a thing to happen. Good job you managed to catch her. My mum and dad have got a sheep dog called Bess. My dads mad about her. Keeps him proper busy, she’s got him in a good routine 😂

Yes I know, I'll never forget it, Border Collies are my favourite dog, I love them.

Oh I bet Bess keeps your dad busy but in a very good way, they are worth it😉

Yes they are lovely intelligent dogs. My dad had type 2 diabetes which was odd as he had an active job. Although after a couple of years of retirement the diabetes kicked in and he bought bossy Bess as I call her and now my dad has walked off the diabetes which is very good news.

They certainly are, I love them.

Oh my, that's amazing, just goes to show that exercise is so good for diabetes. BTW, surely bossy is better than Bess, just saying ha ha :)

How lovely, great photo's Ali and nice forest too.

Bless Teddi, so young - have to make allowances, an abundance of energy, she will keep you busy 😀
