Fast walk today and hard work in the heat

I set off thinking I'll walk this in good time, I didn't expect the intense heat though which did slow me down.

I'm pleased though as it was 24756 steps, approximately 11 miles.

That was quite a walk in this heat. It was so hot. Glad you did it though as you always feel better for it afterwards. Looks like another scorcher today too! 🌞🌞

Thank you Ali, yes it was difficult in parts in the heat but so glad I did it.

It's beautiful here today, not quite as hot as yesterday but still hot where there was no breeze.
