Decent walk today

Not just a fair weather walker, well I used to be😉

Did 3 circuits around the outskirts of the village today, gut a bit wet but not too bad. Bring back the Summer I say!

Yes, that's a decent walk! Lots of steps, glad you were able to get out despite the weather. I agree about bringing back the Summer, I was enjoying the sunshine!

Sounds like a great walk Alicia. Enjoying the weather is down to a great art of having the right clothes so I'm glad it didnt stop you enjoying your walk.

Well I do like walking through the fields but think now because we've had quite a lot of rain I'm going to have to put my walking boots on for that, the trainers are okay for pavement and tarmac. I only had leggings and a t-shirt on but fortunately didn't get that wet; I find it hard to walk in too much clothing as I start to get hot and sweaty quite quickly, particularly when walking uphill.

I know what you mean. I hate getting too hot as well. It’s best to feel chilly at least then you can walk a bit faster and warm up.

I think when you're hot it's difficult to put the effort in but as you say you start off chilly and walk a bit faster.🚶‍♀️
