Hi everyone,
I went for a walk this afternoon and happened upon these ducks sitting by their pond and all in a row so I photo'd them before getting some bird food out for them. I have 3 ponds really close to me and in the forest so I go for a walk in the forest via them quite often.
I think they were out of the pond to dry off as we've had a lot of rain recently and I was lucky that it was nice and bright for a couple of hours this afternoon.
They didn't stay still like this when I fed them...😊

They do Jerry,it reminds me of the time when I was about 8 years old and I come across a female duck with about four or five ducklings and I picked up this little ducking to stroke him/her and immediately I could see mum duck get very tense and I put the little duckling down straight away and I could see her relax, I remember feeling so bad, I just always wanted to cuddle and stroke animals and still do - proves I'm still a big kid. Really excellent photo Jerry, I'm hoping to get out Sunday to test my new Camera
