Met the locals...🦆🦆🦆by the pond.

Hi everyone,

I have a few short walks near me that are just a couple of miles and as I'd already walked nearly 3 miles this morning I've now walked well over 5 miles.

I went down to the duckpond and met the locals, they seemed pleased to see me with my bag of wild bird food as they were really keen on an all day brexit...

Then I took the long way home through the forest and walked 2.25 miles and that was perfect.

Enjoying the outside and its benefits sounds like a double whammy to me...😀

What a colorful group to spend time with.

Your miles are impressive... keep on stepping.

I pushed my walker out to my therapy tree this morning, a total of 4,000 steps. There is a horrid vine trying to kill the limbs so as l cut the vines, l talk to the tree. I guess l need to set up a tea services by the tree & invite friends to join me. Granni B

Thanks Granni B and 4000 steps is great so good for you and for helping the tree survive. 😊
