Cliff-path walk this Afternoon - Enjoyable. :-)

I've just got back from a Cliff-path walk - and on occasions I did a bit of jogging too - as well as stopping to take a few photos. Here is a collage to show the walk, and some of the scenes I saw. Beautiful.

oh zest im in such a bad mood but when i saw those pics i joined this part of the forum just to look at them and mention them they are beautiful. you know what i do when i see pics like this i practise mindfulness and just look at all the different shades of each colour and it calms my mind right down. so im going to do that right now as im upset. thanks for this Zest. oh i got a new fit bit strap from them for free as they asked me to send them all the pics of the broken ones again and i told them it was all to much for me and i couldnt go through it all again. how kind of them wasnt it. there is much to be thankful for in this world. I'm happy to be wearing my fit bit properly again. love grace xoxoxo

Thanks so much for your lovely reply - and I'm hoping that by the time you read this reply, that you'll be feeling better - as I know you were a bit stressed out earlier. I think that your practise of Mindfulness sounds great - and I hope that you're feeling chilled out and calmer now.

I am also happy to hear that you have a new strap for your Fitbit, that's a great outcome, and really good.
