Hi everyone,
Lovely weather this first weekend in August. We found some ducklings who were stuck outside their pond area, so we helped them find their way back to the pond and their Mum - and they were happy to be back swimming in the pond. 
I love the sweet peas and other flowers that were in someone's garden - so I took several photos of it.
The photo of the pigeon was taken one evening, and I love the silhouette and the colours.

Hey those ducklings are so sweet Zest even if they haven't quite got the hang of social distancing...that was very nice of you helping them back into the pond.
The flowers are very pretty and the garden is charming, making a wonderful walk and collage. 😊

I think they appreciated our help this morning. They were thrilled to be back in the pond and re-united with their Mum. They were incredibly cute.

That's so lovely Zest! My mum has been away this week and where she was staying she saw a mother duck with 8 ducklings all walking in pairs - mum used to be a nursery nurse and she said the ducklings were far better trained than her charges used to be!! 😄

It's lovely to hear from you. Nice that your Mum saw 8 ducklings walking in pairs. We had to herd them to an archway, and then help them gently make their way into the pond area - trying not to panic them in the process - they were indeed compliant to do that, and then happily swam across the pond - it was lovely to see.
