Windy Walk on the Cliff-Paths :-)

Hi everyone,

I just returned from an evening cliff-path walk - very windy out there, but I enjoyed it.

I was out at lunchtime for a hilly walk and it was raining as well but I'm glad I went as I felt better afterwards as I was starting to feel fed up but getting out of the door helped me feel better.

Yes, it makes a difference to get out and breathe fresh air and enjoy some exercise, doesn't it. I felt better for it as well.

I'd do anything to be able to go for a nice long walk again, but unfortunately because of my illness i can't.

Thanks - it was good. I did nearly miss my footing at one point though, and thought about Agoodenough warning me about being careful - she's right to think of that, and I was definitely extra cautious not to be blown away.
