can anyone tell me how to put together a weekly men's health & well being group? Paperwork needed? Professionals /knowledable people to contact?
We will be based in a small community library, meeting once a week for aproximately 1 hour. Any suggestions on topics would be very welcome too! Also, has anyone run or attended a Men's group? What topics were covered and were they useful to you?
